How it Works

Lets get Started

Step 1 - Let's Connect

Let's have a chat. Pick a time in my calendar so we can get to know your vision for your future vacation. I'll get to know you, your travel style, travel preferences, and the type of trip you're looking to take.

Step 2: Plan & Design

After you pay the concierge planning fee, I will start researching and putting together a travel itinerary based on your unique travel needs and preferences. I will also make adjustments as needed, so your trip checks all of the right boxes.
 

Step 3: Pay the Deposit

Book the trip: I  will take care of all the details like booking your private transfers, rail,  accommodations, and activities. I'm just a call away if you have any questions about your trip, and I will confirm your final itinerary once it's all booked.

Step 4: Enjoy the trip

Enjoy reading the tips sheet provided and have a fantastic vacation.

This package starts at $97 per household and is perfect for river cruises, ocean cruises, and expedition cruises.

What is included​

  • Proposal for up to 3  cruises.

  • Booking the cabin(s) for the cruise.​

​

Once your cruise is booked I provide;

  • Both private and group excursions tailored for your traveling party.

  • Customized tip sheets.

  • Port destination specific information.

  • Booking the pre/post cruise accommodations.

  • Dining recommendations.

  • The linking/grouping of multiple cabins booked through Markwood Magic if requested.  

  • Availability to answer questions you have prior and during your vacation.  â€‹

Custom Planning Package

The custom package starts at $247 per household.

 

This option is best for land destinations such as Japan, Hawaii, Alaska, and Europe.  
 

Retreat & Relax Planning Package

Packages start at $147 per household and is perfect for all inclusive resorts around the world.
​

What is included;​

  • Proposal for up to 3 resorts, including transfers.

  • Booking the resort and transfers.​

​

Once your resort is booked, I provide

  • Customized tip sheets.

  • Making reservations for spa treatments.

  • Both private and group excursions tailored for you.

  • Dining recommendations.

  • Availability to answer additional questions you might have prior and during your vacation. ​​

Theme Park Planning Package

Theme park packages start at $97 per household. This package  is perfect for Universal Orlando, Universal Hollywood, Disneyland Resort, and Walt Disney World.

What is included;​

  • Proposal for up to 3  resorts plus ticket options tailored specifically for your family.

  • Booking the package.

Once your theme park package is booked, I provide:

  • Customized tip sheets.

  • Theme Park specific emails.

  • Dining recommendations.

  • Access to our exclusive Facebook group where additional tips and information is posted.

  • I will be available to answer questions you have prior and during your vacation.  â€‹
